Jeffrey (Jeff) Leach P.E.
FOUNDER & OWNER

Extensive experience (~30 years) in Civil / Structural Engineering disciplines for the Forensic, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Commercial and Residential industries.  Mr. Leach holds multi-state registrations as a Professional Engineer and degrees from Texas A&M University (BSCE) and University of Oklahoma (MSCE).

A life-long fitness enthusiast, he enjoys weight training, water skiing and his favorite sport football.  A native Texan, he currently resides in the Katy area with his wife and family.

Matt Albright P.E.
CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industrial facilities for domestic and international projects.  Specializing in structural steel, industrial structures, offshore structures, and installation engineering.  Mr. Albright is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and holds a degree from Bluefield State College (BSCET).

Raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, he currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Emily where they homeschooled their 3 children.   He enjoys getting in workouts at the gym and fostering animals with his family through the local animal shelter.
